Now just ponder on your own MLM or Network Marketing company goals for a moment and see how they align with yours!

Ok so now your thinking what has this got to do with my Online Business Success, well according to Napoleon Hill in his Book “Think and grow rich” chapter 10 “The Power of the Master Mind Group” It is one of the key components to your success, being surrounded and influenced by the minds of a group of people (your company or organisation) who all work in harmony (the information and training shared between you ” duplication!”) to achieve a set goal or purpose is very powerful in achieving that goal or purpose. 2, 3, 100 or even a million minds working together on the same goal with passion will always be more powerful and successful than yours alone!

This is great for the company when it comes to achieving their goals! But we are talking about your success aren’t we! Let’s take the 3 examples above, the reason I use these is because I can talk from personal experience as I have been involved in helping to achieve all 3 of them with success for each Network Marketing company.

First my goals (quick overview) To run my own business that I enjoy working, a business that allows me to express my creativity and help others there fore allowing me to achieve success, quality family time, travel the world with my family and educate my children with world culture, dream home Davinci Haus personally designed (we have already been to visit the show homes and design sweat in Germany!) create a street dance academy for infant and junior schools to teach and encourage the development of creativity, dream work, team work and a healthy active lifestyle in a cool hip way that children will enjoy J and find others with big ambitions and a drive for success to work and grow with. I know it may seem a lot to some people but hay when your financial thermostat is set at $50,000 a month it’s not much to ask for! And this is what we have been trained to do right, dig up our dreams and desires, think big, dream big because if we follow our dreams and work on the company goal we will get their. Right!

Think about your goals write them down and now look at what you’re doing to achieve them.

Now compare, so let’s use company goal #1 “To take good nutrition around the world one person at a time” and my goal and the goal of most entrepreneurs “to become successful and wealthy in their own right” how do these two goals achieve the same thing? Well they don’t. The company achieves its goals/sales targets because that is what it has got its bunch of eager success seekers thinking. And by getting you to think of your own desires it stirs up passion, but they train you how to achieve the company goal “To take good nutrition around the world one person at a time” not your goals “to become successful and wealthy in your own right” or what ever your goal may be. In fact this company goal is very self scented because it only mentions taking the “good nutrition” (the company product) one person at a time, (that’s you and your clients the consumers of “the Companies” product) you and your goals don’t even get a look in!

Next company goal #2 “To have lot’s of paying customers who get paid a few 1000€’$,£s in their back pocket every month” this is actually the CEOs vision (the creator of this companies marketing plan) again can you tell me how having a few $1000 in your pocket a month is going to achieve your goal of “to become successful and wealthy in your own right” yes of cores just as in the first example the company goal will flourish and sales will explode “having lot’s of paying customers” and to me at first glance this one seems a bit more for the distributor or as this company like to call you their business partners, you can see the thought is their and you do get a mention in this goal at least and if your happy earning an extra income then I suppose this would work with your goals. Not if you want “to become successful and wealthy in your own right”.

Now let’s go onto goals #3 and 4 “To create at least 100 new millionaires in the next 3-5 years” and “creating success and wealth in others one person at a time” Firstly let me explain why both of them together, because goal #3 was created by a mastermind group of entrepreneurs who know by helping others achieve their goals of success they will achieve theirs “To create at least 100 new millionaires in the next 3-5 years” and goal #4 “creating success and wealth in others one person at a time” is the goal of the company they chose to help them achieve their goal of “To create at least 100 new millionaires in the next 3-5 years” now do these two goals fall in line with your goals? I know they do with mine!

Even the company logo has the words HEALTH. WEALTH. WISDOM. on it! The 3 keys to true success!

So back to Napoleon Hill and the most highly recommended book to all who want to become successful and wealthy in their own right, recommended by all successful entrepreneurs “Think and Grow Rich” I quote pg 195 ” Gaining power through the ‘Master Mind’. The ‘Master Mind’ may be defined as: ‘coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose’ No inderviduals may have great power without availing him or herself of the Master Mind.”

Conclusion you have two choices: start up your own mastermind group with others that have the same purpose that are in line with your own personal goals and of those in your group or go find one that’s already flourishing that has your goals at heart.
